By sending us your photo, if it's displayed, you'll automatically be entered into our prize draw for a free massage (open to UK residents only).

The winning photo each month (subject to the judges decision, which is final) will then entitle you to a free 'Therapy Treatment Voucher' which will provide you with either a therapy gift voucher worth £45 (equivalent to a standard massage treatment in your home). Alternatively, this voucher can be used towards the cost of a complementary therapy treatment in your workplace.

By sending us your photo, you grant us the perpetual, non-exclusive rights, for unlimited distribution, advertising, promotion, exhibition and exploitation of the images provided, by any method or device now known or hereafter devised in which the same may be used and/or exhibited and/or exploited. You must agree that you will not assert or maintain against Stressed-Desk, its successors, assigns and licensees, any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, those grounded upon invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or other civil rights, or for any other reason in connection with your authorized use of your physical likeness as therein provided.

You must release Stressed-Desk, our successors, assigns and licensees, and each of them, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, clauses of action(s), costs and expenses whatsoever, at law or in equity, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, which you ever had, now have, or may, shall or hereafter have by reason, matter, cause or thing arising out of your use as herein provided.

Any person featured in any photo sent to us, must also agree to these terms, and must be over 18 years of age and a resident of the UK. We also recommend you should not send any photo which may contain commercially sensitive or confidential information.

These terms are supplementary to the main Terms and Conditions from The Therapy Agency website which also outlines our full privacy policy. By submitting a photo and your details, you must understand and agree to these terms indicated.
